- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Add 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1 cup of julienned carrots, and 1/2 cup of diced red bell peppers to the water for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, stir together 1/4 cup flour and 1 3/4 cups of 2% milk over low heat until smooth.
- Cube 8 oz of cream cheese, and add it to the mix.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped green onions, 3/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Cook for 2 minutes until cream cheese melts.
- Place 2 cups of chopped turkey to the pan and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drain pasta and veggies, and then top with the turkey and sauce.
