Black and White Sesame Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. In a large dish, mix 1 cup of bread crumbs with 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and a dash of pepper.
  3. In a second dish, whip 4 egg whites until frothy.
  4. Dip boneless, skinless chicken into egg whites, then roll in bread crumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken on an oiled cooking sheet. 
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
  7. Plate chicken and serve with your choice of sides.
