- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large dish, mix 1 cup of bread crumbs with 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and a dash of pepper.
- In a second dish, whip 4 egg whites until frothy.
- Dip boneless, skinless chicken into egg whites, then roll in bread crumb mixture.
- Place chicken on an oiled cooking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
