Asian Salmon

  1. Marinate salmon for 30 minutes in a teriyaki marinade of your choice.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. While salmon is marinating, cut and wash carrots and red potato.
  4. In a large bowl, toss carrots and potato slices with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Place mixture on a tinfoil-lined pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Take veggies out of the oven and allow to cool.
  7. Place marinated salmon on a sheetpan covered with tinfoil and sprayed with non-stick spray.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Save 1/2 the salmon and vegetables for another meal.
