- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut sweet potatoes in to 1-inch squares.
- Coat squares with 1/8 cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper,1 teaspoon of dried oregano and 1 teaspoon of basil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grill or cook in pan until liking.
- Saute 1/2 cup of red and green peppers with onions in 1/8 cup of olive oil.
- Serve with a 2 cups of spinach topped with 2 tbsp low-fat dressing.
