Grilled Flank Steak with Potato Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes in to 1-inch squares.
  3. Coat squares with 1/8 cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper,1 teaspoon of dried oregano and 1 teaspoon of basil.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Grill or cook in pan until liking.
  7. Saute 1/2 cup of red and green peppers with onions in 1/8 cup of olive oil.
  8. Serve with a 2 cups of spinach topped with 2 tbsp low-fat dressing.
