- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine 1 pounds of lean ground turkey, 8 ounces of marinara sauce, 3 ounces of mozzarella cheese, 2 ounces of bread crumbs, 1/4 of a red pepper (diced), 1/2 tablespoon of grated Parmesan, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper into a bowl.
- Roll turkey mixture into 2-ounce meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Cook 6 cups of pasta as directed on package.
- Split the pasta between plates, top with meatballs (2 per plate), and garnish with marinara sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
