- In a small pan, combine 1 1/2 cups of pomegranate juice, 1/2 cup of low-sodium chicken broth, 1/4 cup of berry jam, and 2 tablespoons of agave nectar.
- Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until the mixture reduces by half (about 10-15 minutes).
- Remove pan from the heat, and let the mixture rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite meats.
