- Mix 1 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/2 cup of lite soy sauce in a large casserole dish.
- Place 1 1/2 pounds of flank steak into the mixture and coat all sides.
- Let meat marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
- After the meat has marinated, set the grill on medium heat.
- Spray the grill grids with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the marinated meat on the grill for 7 minutes on each side.
- Discard the marinade.
- Take meat off the grill and let it sit on a cutting board for a few minutes to cool slightly.
- Slice meat thinly against the grain, and serve fanned out on a plate with grilled potatoes or vegetables.
